Poor customer service

I called like 8 times since 10 in the morning and I spoke to a lady by the name Stephan as I wanted to place an order for cakes she said I dialled the wrong number and give me dis numbers *** to my surprise no one answered the phone then I called her again only to give me an attitude and she couldn't give me the store manger name and couldn't help but pass me to a lady by the name Anna who was a grade help I managed to place my order and apologised for Stephen stinking attitude. <br> <br> I too deal with customers everyday of my life and these is not how to handle a customer no matter how u not in the mood to talk to people, i hope this lady will be dealt with accordingly as these is unacceptable
