Poor Customer Service.

Today Tuesday 11th June j went to the Westgate Branch to purchase some specials as advertised in the Citizen Newspaper , bought by Veg but coming to the Baherg Section was a Disaster of. Can you believe it only one Lady serving all of us and fold boxes and supposed to make doughnuts, although the Oil was hot she could not make it to the doughnut machine . How on Earth can you only have one person in a huge busy section like this whoever in Top management suggested this should have his Head read it will never work but definitely drive your customers away you cannot do this especially when you have specials on almost every week you are shooting yourselves in the foot .This is unacceptable customer service !!!!!!!!!.
