Poor customer relations

08/10/2024 :Hillfox Branch l was having lunch with my wife at the store restaurant,a chair l was seating on broke and l fell to the floor sustaining minor injury which l could pick up later.l was not assisted in any way by the store management instead the restaurant manager said they would look at the footage while it happened in full view of customers.

What is the SOP when a client falls from a chair as a result of a broken chair.
