Poor client service

I honestly don't get the poor service we experience at this shop, if it's not the rotten potatoes it's the service. Today it was so empty and the cashiers were chilling, 1 was actually browsing a magazine. We were called by a lady who was with what I think it's the supervisor, when we get to her we actually greet them and they didn't acknowledge that they continued with their conversation, I felt like they don't have any respect for their customers and they don't have any sense of urgency.
