Poor After sales service.

Good day people I went to do grocery shopping at Food *****s Market Randpark ridge on Sunday.I baught a Few Items in the store. I Baught 2 Boxes off the Mamma Pies wich was on special for R99.The box have a price wich says R169.I should have looked at my slip but only looked at it when i arrived home to see they have charged me R169 instead off the R99 per box as advertised in the store.To make my point i tried Calling them to Query on *** wich is their store number on the slip,no answer after 3 Attempts.Then i phoned their Customer Care on 0860-007-728 and left a message .No one answers the Phone. This is tottally ridicilous for a Company so well known and supported to not have sufficient after sales service.
