PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!!
We were told about a special at Food *****s Market every Monday for R102 per KG of biltong. we bought biltong but when we looked at the price they charged R279,99 per KG. We have tried over 20 times to get hold of the customer care number on the slip to find out if the special is still running and they don't answer the phone.... how can you complain or compliment or just call to ask about anything if they don't answer their phones? Great start to the week.
