Plastic tags in meat. Really disgusting.

Bought potjiekos meat at Uitenhage's(Kariega) Food *****s Market. Made supper last night ( rinsed the meat before i cooked it) and while eating my daughter found plastic in her meat. Like the plastic tags that are used to put pricetags on clothing. Now she has a cut in her mouth. Since when is plastics like this used in the butchery? Took photos of this as i couldn't believe what i was seeing.
