Pensioner called a *****

My father who is a pensioner faced the worst embaressment a paying customer could have. After paying for 6 items and walking out to the security to get his goods checked, the secuity guard called him a ***** as he only had 5 items in his trolley. The security asked my father to strip down, my father refused and called for the manager. The manager who could not find the \******\" item, did nothing to repremand the guard. My father demanded a refund and was held up for 45minutes. 1stly, why wasnt the teller corrected the actual theif for billing my dad for something he never bought, are we always the ***** because we are the customer. 2ndly why didnt the manager apologize to my pensioned dad, is our business nothing to the food *****s group. Lastly What will be done to the guard, his mistake as you would defend has lost my fathers dignity. If this is not responded to maybe logging an article in the newspapers would get your attention."
