Pay point good service

We were in Fnb place Bankcity it was lunch time we went to the bakery to get rolls what a attitude we got from a lady who serve us she had this face of tiredness and I do not want to serve. We went to chicken side it was packed like this well build guy cheers us up with his joke he was fast and good serves. Pay point there was a line then comes our time to pay we were called to pay point 6 by this stufuza ever smiling lady she greeted us with a manner of saying you are the customer she acknowledged us yes there was line and there were busy and tired but the smile of that stufuza had erase the stink attitude I got from the bakery lady. Please get your bakery staff a customer services and smile from that stufuza her name I think is Philli. Please thank her for us we did appreciate her service her smile it says Please call again.
