Pathetic Service at Food *****s Market Springfield Park

<p>On 25 February 2016 I visited you store in Springfield Park Durban as we we received an adverti*****t with a special on the Rama Margarine 500g for R12.99.</p> <p>When I arrived at the store I fetched a box of the Margarine which was in the isle on a pallet where there were no notifications of restrictions on the item. I proceeded to the till point after my shopping, when I got to the cashier I was advised that there was a restriction on the item of 3 per customer, I asked to speak to the manager who was a few feet away from me, the cashier explained my query to him and from where he was standing he shouted saying that although it was advertised in the paper he reserves the right to limit the amounts per customer. I was at the store with my mother in law and sister in law and we do not live together so we chose to just take 3 each but the manager refused to allow me to Purchase my items and sent through the next customer.</p> <p>I was absolutely embarrassed and appalled. I have never been treated in this manner at any place. I cannot believe a manager of such a reputable Company would behave in the manner in which he did.</p>
