pathetic reply by company diverting away from hellopeter

so i bought a chicken that was raw almost a month ago from these losers ,complained on this site ,with a reply to say i should complain directly to their site as i did ,and this was the response ... We apologize for the inconvenience of the chicken that you bought. We have discussed this with the kitchen preparing the food. We strive to do our best for our Customers, hope to see you soon And once again We apologize for your inconvenience.
