Pathetic management from food *****s market cape town branch

I just have to share this. I am utterly disgusted with food *****s market in town, the one opposite wembly square. Just after 12 we went there to shopping, I was hungry as I come from church and bought a ready made meal before heading home for lunch, I bought me the chicken meal with 2 salads, we left and fetched my brother at amazon which is opposite. I opened up my meal to eat, all looked fine until I took a bite to eat and it tasted funny I turned the chicken around and boom worms is coming out i took videos of it I actually left the worms just like that for them to see, we immediately went back and asked to speak to the, the Manager was not one bit helpful or apologized she took the meal to the back stood there with her staff and spoke to them whilst we watching them from the front, I immediately went to the back to check what's happening and guess what they told asked me Where's the worms cos they don't see anything obviously it is crawling in the chicken or between the salads, i then told the manager it doesn't seem like she believes me and showed her the videos she then just walked away and the supervisor apologized, I went back to the front and the manager went back to her office and told the casher to just give me a refund as they asked me If I wanted something else. Ofcause I would not want something else I just found worms in my food. I'M ANGRY AT THE MANAGER FOR NOT BEING HELFFUL OR EVEN APOLOGIZING, I AM STILL SO NAUSEAS, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN. I AM DEFINITELY CALLING YOUR HEAD OFFICE TOMORROW, I WILL ALSO PUT THIS ON HELLO PETER, AND IN THE NEWSPAPER #DISGUSTEDIWILLNEVERBUYFROMFOOD*****SAGAIN#PATHETICSERVICE#BADMANAGEMENT...
