Pathetic customer service

Ii recently reviewed the pathetic service I received from their Jabulani branch. I am now convinced that their Store Managers were trained very well by senior Management that they don't have to commit themselves to giving good customer service in actual fact they do not care at all about their customers. See below the response I got from them, no Sorry nothing instead they are telling me to use my data again to lodge the very same complaint that they are aware of and post it on their website.
