Passing off suspect meat as ground beef
Was at their Lynnwood Lane store to purchase R50 ground beef special, amongst other items. Not sure what these people are selling, but that was NOT BEEF! My meal turned into a red mess, that had the look and texture of pet food. Wasted money and time driving out there as I coundnt eat the meal. Also I used to love these stores but can no longer trust them. Sorry FLM, one more customer lost!

As discussed, the situation can probably be remedied by clearer packaging - I look forward to visiting your store in future and seeing clearer packaging on what the primary ingredients actually are so that customers can make an informed choice.
