Old Ribs and wings in coffee shop, mouldy pies on retail side.

We are regular customers here. We have spoken numerous times to managers and staff in the coffee shop about the lack of service and quality of food. We have been eating there for more than 6 years. However the quality of the food and the service had deteriorated greatly. Today was the last straw, our ribs were very dry and did not look fresh, as well as the chicken wings. Now only a few hours later we have running stomachs. Seems management are not interested is improving the quality of food or service. As it is only getting worse and worse.

Another note: the small pies on the retail side was full of mold, I made the staff aware, they removed only two of the affected containers and left the rest to be sold? Not good.
