Non delivery of promotional goods.

26 Feb 2018, You had a special on for charcoal or briquttes for R25 and you get a mini braai pan for free, i brought 5 bags but when they ran it up we where told to write or names down and they will call us to collect it soon, on enquiring why its taking so long we where told its coming from china and it will be here in may, its now july, the manager has tried everything to help but nothing has happened, its not the first time you guys have done this.

I have informed the manager at the Malvern store KZN that its no longer acceptable and that I'm taking this further.

Please explain as to why once again your customers has been done in.
