Noisy Food *****s Market

FLM Middelburg does have the most gutless management and the most undisciplined employees. They are the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever seen or heard. I stay close to this FLM and except for the fact that the trucks make a noise, the employees start working @4:30am and stop around 22:00 during this period of time these employees are the most inconsiderate and annoying noise making people you could think of and management is doing absolutely nothing about it. At first when this FLM opened in Nov 2018 we asked the the people very nicely to tone down..... which they did... but the spitefulness of these employees (and management) escalated and the employees are now blatently shouting at the pitch of there lungs ( because they either can’t or never learned to talk like normal people). This is going on 18 hours + a day 7 days a week. These people and the company have no regard for other people’s privacy. During their lunch times these employees throw food over the wall and then my dogs eat their ****. Talking to management is like talking to a brick. Maybe the Head office of FLM could invest some of their profits to educate these people?
