No stock on reward items

What is the purpose of having a promotion like the Marvel Super Hero Mugs, and then not having any stock of the reward items? This happens whenever food *****s have a promotion. The same thing happened with the previous cutlery promotion. It took them 2 months to finally receive stock of the cutlery. Why? How *********** is their logistics department? The exact same scenario is happening with the Marvel Super Hero Mugs promotion. I've been to the shop 4 times to try and redeem the promotion mugs but there is no stock. Every time you get told you must put your name on a list. Pathetic planning from Food *****s.
