NO STOCK AS ADVERTISED. NO REPLY AFTER 8 WEEKS.

For the week ending 30 April 2023 FLM advertised :Eggspert eggs XL 30@R 50; Bokomo flakes 1kg x 2@R100; Coffee 200g FLM brand x2 @R120. Good prices if there was some stock. Available - nill. This is on the Saturday 29 just after 9:00. A complaint was sent to their Customer Care on May 2 and was acknoledged the same day as recieved and according to them to be escalated to the regional manager. Six weeks passed so on June 14 progress was asked. The mail was read a couple of minutes later as confirmed by the read reciept and that is as far as this has progressed. In my opinion they have had ample time to directly responded if they so wanted. NO STOCK AS ADVERTISED. NO REPLY AFTER 8 WEEKS. Change the so called Customer care's name to the Post Office.
