Was @the Kuilsrivier branch on the 16/11/17, to purchase the Holsum cooking fat that is on special. No stock. The specials started on the 16/11/17. Contacted the Brackenfell branch to enquire if they have stock, 1st time got cut off, had to phone again. 2nd time- was waiting on someone to assist on the pricing if it is the same, got cut off again. Called the head office - number stays busy. Sent email as well. Don't advertise a product that you don't have, or the supplier is not on time. Up till today there is no stock. The special is till 19/11/17. This is really BAD.
