As per Normal i went to Food *****s market to buy some goods. I was at the Row where all the different Nuts and seeds are. I saw a lady standing there that was very upset and walked away, but i thought maybe she had a rough day, So i went on and collect all the goods that i need. When i wanted to weigh my goods to get prizes there was nobody to assist. So i waited for about ten minutes and still nobody to assist.Eventually the Security guard inside the store saw my frustration and i saw him walking to the lady at the bread and i saw him showing the lady i need assistance with the product to get prizes. I don't know what she told him but he just shook he's head and walked away. He then walked to the lady at the smoothy section and you could see he was upset. After that he walked past me and said he tried. After that the lady came and help weighing the goods. i asked her can i take the things to the front in the future and can they put weigh the items in the front for payment. she told me NO. in the future i must walked around and look for someone to help. I think it is really bad because there is someone that is supposed to be there full time to assist the people as in the past. the staff was utterly rude and disrespectful today. But at least a big thumbs up for the humble security guard for trying to help. Maybe Food *****s must appoint you.

After that i thought let me phone the manager of the store. But as in the row where the nuts and goods are it seems to me nobody is in the offices as well. i tried numerous times to phone but the phone just keep on ringing.

Thank you but no thank you.in the future i will rather drive up 8 km further and do my weekly average shopping of about R2500 at Evergreens. At least they have staff there to assist people with purchasing goods.
