No service

<p>A friend and I went to the branch in Claremont as we had previously gone there and received fantastic service from one of the girls. However, when we went again last week we received absolutely no service. We went upstairs to the restuarant area as we had done before; we chose our table and a waitress came to our table, no greeting or introducing herself, she threw, yes she actually threw, the breakfast menus on our table and left without saying a word. Because my friend and I hadn't seen each other for a while we caught up and hadn't noticed that we had been sitting there for 15 minutes already and no one had come to take our order or greet us. There were 4 waitrons standing around and the manager was walking around as well and yet no one could come to help us. After waiting a further 5 minutes without any acknowledgement we got up and left. We went to Primi and received amazing service. Food *****s Market, your restuarant has lost a customer.</p>
