No Regard For Customers

As we approached the till we were not greeted or asked if we require packets, Kholiswa went on to scan the items offloaded from our trolley. When she couldn't scan one of the items, she asked my aunt to go back and get another which she can scan - my aunt then said its fine she rather not. She then finished and starred at us. When I asked for the total, she went on to tap on the screen of her monitor instead of informing us of the price. She carried on chatting to her packer as I made payment as if we were distracting her juicy conversation she was having. This was on 10.06.2015. Since then I think twice about purchasing my good from the Spring field store.
