No feedback almost 2 weeks later...shocking

On Sunday 18/01/2015 at 17:19 I posted a complaint about Food *****s and their incorrect pricing, the following day I was provided with the following response \Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will be passing your comments on to the relevant parties and one of our representatives will be in contact with you. "<br> <br> Almost 2 weeks later not one representative has even bothered to contact me"
