No Customer Service and Bad Attitude

On Fri during my lunch time I went to food *****s market to buy their popular wings for R20. When i got there there was no electricity and i was told that instead of chips I will get a greek salad, to which I agreed. Themba had just prepared Same order and packed it nicely, I asked if he would give us that order as we were already there and could pay immediately, Themba responded by telling us that, that was his baby's order. We asked that he prepare an order for us as well and asked him to set it aside as we would go shopping and come back for it, to which he agreed on our way out Themba and his colleague confirmed that we were coming back and we agreed. We went on with our business at the mall and our last stop was at Food *****s to pick up our order, when we got there, Themba and his colleague were not there, we asked where they were and were told they were on lunch after standing there for a bit Themba emerged and informed us he had not prepared our order. We asked to speak to the manager but were confronted by an arrogant lady who patronized us and showed no empathy we were late for work and all she could say was I have told him to make the order for you what else do you want
