NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is probably the 7 millionth time that i have experienced the worst service from FLM Stellenbosch <br> I had a security lady (using the term loosely) refusing to let my aged mother walk out with the trolley as she insisted the porter first restock the trolleys left at the exit. SO BECAUSE WE HAVE PAID WE ARE NO LONGER IMPORTANT. the supervisors were innocent onlookers and not one of them interceded, till i called management who tried to make excuses for his ill mannered unprofessional staff members. You are not worthy of being in the retail space as this happened so many times before, GET MORE PORTERS, do a course in basic attentiveness and manners - you are the worst worst ever
