No customer service

Last Saturday my wife and I visited the hillfox food *****s market. My wife required to purchase peanuts. We went into the nuts section of the store. We weighed and waited almost 10 mins to be helped. No staff was in sight. The managers we not to far from us all had they hands folded and standing and talking to other and other. My wife eventually had to go and look for staff to help us. The gentleman behind us as well just shook his head with disgust. The managers at this store just stand hands folded. I will never visit the store again.
