No customer service

<p>I live 100m from food *****s tokai so we buy there very often. We have made a complaint not to long ago about the *** customer service. The cashiers never greet you, they dont ask if you want a plastic bag or nothing. The only thing i hear them say is cheque or savings. Yesterday i went again and this was about 18:30, i stood in the que from 18:40 until 7pm. The que was almost to the bread bar because there were only 4 cashiers and at 18:45 they busy packing and shutting down. If i go to the gym, they dont switch off the machines 20 min before the time so why should you close early. Your times are 7pm closing not 18:40. Train your people on customer service. I will be contacting your head office and take this further. Also not to buy at Tokai food *****s all over social media. </p>
