No client services at Food *****s Gateway Plaza

We were at Food *****s market in Gateway plaza in Centurion to buy fruits and then saw on the shelve an advert for "Nescafe Classic Dawn Jar" at R59.99. We took the Classic extra strong and as we came home we saw on the slip the price billed were R89.99.

Next day we were there again to query the coffee price as it were not clear on the shelve advert which coffee were on special. We asked to speak to the manager and pointed out the error in this adverti*****t.

He was at first friendly and said that we need to use the published newspaper adverti*****t where it has a picture of the coffee. We again pointed out that this is misleading adverti*****t on the shelve as it is not clear and personally we don't walk around with a news paper advert as this was the spur of the moment as we walked passed the shelve and bought it based on what we saw.

The manager called Dion became very irritated with us and didn't want to be of assistance and said that this is the way they do adverti*****t and can't go and specify specific flavours that is excluded from the special.

This was most upsetting to have had a distasteful interaction with a manager from a leading brand.

Just to out this into perspective, we went immediately to Pick and Pay and also had coffee on a special however they were clear on the shelve advert what were included and what were excluded.

I can just imagine this aggressive manager from food *****s has cost them dearly with no people skills. Also it being a young white male you can't help to question the company's transformation at this branch.
