No chicken as advertised

I went to Food *****s Market Knysna this morning in order to buy a chicken special advertised in the Western Cape brochure. There were no specials and upon asking, I was told the special did not apply to their store. FLM is a franchise and should honour what is advertised in their brochure. I traveled from Plettenburg Bay for nothing.
