No back up plan when key holder is late for work

This morning pitch at Hillfox at 8am to collect a meat order & after sometime there are customers saying "issue with keys". Staff are inside yet no one bothers to put a notice on doors or come around to the waiting customers. Staff inside clearly think its funny. Banged on door to get attention but nothing. Eventually 9am doors open & apparently person was late coming to work. No back up plan but showed how useless they were. Security guard who likes the sound of his own voice clearly doesn't care about any FL property otherwise he would've said something to the staff outside using the trolleys as beds but who cares the broken trolleys can be blamed on the public. Made sure to get the R100 discount for rotten service & will be going to Lifestyle branch going forward.
