No Apology

on 1st April i bought chicken feet @ R12 when i got home i discovered that they were rotten .<br> The following day I went to the store to complain .I met a lady directing the queue who immediately wanted to refund me but I refused and demanded to see manager ,who also directed me to the till supervisor (WHO REFUSED to give me his name )and who also wanted to refund which I refused based on the following reasons : <br> 1.all 3 employees I met never apologised<br> 2.I could not have driven all the way for R12 but for a proper Redress<br> 3,My consumer rights were violated (value for money)<br> Dissapointed customer<br> Lineo<br>
