New shop worse than the old one...
Food *****s market moved in Somerset West (Mall) and opened recently to the new one. Was there now 4 times. One time I even didnt go in as the parking was a complete chaos (previous parking was bigger). So I avoid the 'busy hours'. This morning at 8.45 it was a complete chaos at te tills. No planning. 25 minutes of waiting. The fish department has a smaller customers area so there also you have to wait longer... The shopping area was better organised in the previous shop. Can't believe the bad planning. Will not go back...
