Never shop at Food *****s Market Sunninghill

On the 24th at approx. 15h30 my daughter & I were shopping. I started feeling very ill but being stubborn, decided to continue shopping. At one point I leaned over to take some goods from my daughter & when I turned back, my bag was gone. After running around like crazy trying to find a security guard, was told by a customer that a friend of theirs also had their bag ******. Eventually the manager was traced and I insisted on viewing the footage. He confirmed they had OFF SITE SURVEILLANCE by Taurus Vision CC. it took management about 45 minutes to trace the password. You could clearly see us being followed through the store and drugging us. Should Taurus not have picked this up? Millenium Security were too busy shunting trolleys around...I have photos! I do not have insurance & lost my daughters insulin, testing machine, two cellphones & various other important cards & some sentimental items.I approached FLM as I felt they were negligent (after TWO incidents, excluding mine, their security was pathetic), to help with just a portion of what I had to replace - single mom and all that. Matt inferred assistance, some lady was just plain rude & not understanding at all. Disappointed.
