Neglects safety regulations

My mother was at food *****s the Glen and while she was shopping there was water on the one ile every where with no sign nothing left un attended no workers wiping the water nothing she fell and injured her knee she is now at hospital and all the store manager said is they will cover the medical expenses well we got photos and every thing proving the neglect of safety and will be proceeding to take steps further as she is.injured due to food *****s been neglectiant there is law put in place for this and we are now very unhappy with what happended also will be looking at taking this viral in terms of all social networks etc
