My order was never procceesed in time

Please note, <br> <br> I did an order on the 27/02/2016 for a bar1 cake which costs R250. I did my order in advance to avoid disappointment and advised that i would collect the cake on the 02/03/2016, the day came on the 2nd of March 2016 to collect the cake and I was told that my order was not done cause they had no bare 1 flavours, not even anyone in the store bothered to make contact with me but the 1 staff member **** and said the phone just kept ringing which is not true cause i didn't't get any 011 number between the 27/02/2016 -02/03/2016, I am disgusted with the store service as this cake was for a special occasion for a family gathering on the 03/02/2016. In my believe its possible that they could have missed place my order cause the 1st thing the staff member said was they would have it the next day. This is not the first incident as they sell left over banana cakes which taste vile and unpleasant. I'm really fed. Up with this store... I had to find alternatives but i have failed to do so in such late notice cause the store didn't't live up to its promise. Poor services, a very irritated and disappointed customer.
