moulded bread

Hi I went to your Arbour Crossing store yesterday and purchased a few items including a garlic bread as I was having guests over. I had put the garlic bread in the oven for 15min and set on the table to eat, as we opened it we got a terrible smell and when we turned it over the whole bottom was moulded. How can a Product that is packed the same day be moulded so fast, you are recycling your products and putting it back on the shelf for resale and you are so called FOOD *****S.
