Mould on food

I bought a vegetable lasagne at food *****s on the 8th and the expiry date was the 9th Jan only to find out the food is mould in it. I went back to the store and showed it to the manager and to my surprise not even a apology was offered, was just ask if I want to buy something else or get a refund. I opted for the refund. Guess what the refund was also short, I had to wait again while he goes back to get the correct refund.
