MOULD CAKES FROM FOOD *****S

Hi All . On the 14th of March at 8.15 am my colleuge visited Food *****s Market in Rinaldo road to purchase 3 cakes for a client. She had presented it to client , we then later recieved a email from the client that the cake is rotten. we requested the cakes back from the client and to our suprise it was badly moulded. We were so embarrassed as this was for one of our A clients.. My colleuge then went into the store , the manager then said that The cakes are not baked in store but purchased from a supplier and he will send a apology letter. Today we recieved the apology letter it was so poor and unprofessional! This is pathetic! Guys PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
