MORE THAN A BAKER'S DOZEN
I wish I'd asked his name, but he'll know who I mean: the main/head baker at FLM's Access Park Kenilworth's branch. In any event, he deserves recognition for his preparedness to accommodate my small order and one which changed in the interim.
Having established that he was quit ehappy to take my order for ****tail-size hot cross buns, I placed 3 different orders for 3 different days' collection - and had to amend one of the dates to boot.
"No problem", he responded and lo and behold! My order were executed on time and in full and I got the pleasure of his beaming smile.
