Montana branch, *****ing and then just not caring.....
My Mom and Dad went to Food *****s Market in Montana as we always do when in Pretoria. (we live far away) As my Mom got home she looked on the slip and saw that she bought BUTCHERY SPICE 5 twice @ R39.99 per pack (they didn't buy spice at all)
As any person would, she called to find out why this happened. So the Lady on the other end said she should come back in to the shop so they could have a look at the slip, When my mom tried to explain that we live in Thabazimbi and its all the way up in the Limpopo province, so the lady just put the phone down.
This is really bad service, *****ing money and then just not giving a ****.......
