Mongi Mkalo - Bad attitude

We usually get good service at Food *****s in Hillfox, but every once in a while we get a bad egg that treats us shockingly. I think it is important to highlight these individuals so that they can be exposed and service standards can be maintained. <br> <br> One such bad egg is Mongi Mkalo. She was so engrossed in conversation with her neighbour that she had to be told that a customer was at her till. I greeted her when she turned to help me, but she made a point of not greeting back. When the transaction was done, she handed me my slip with not so much as a thank you or even eye contact.<br> <br> Now I won't speculate that Mongi Mkalo has something against my race or perhaps even my gender. However, this kind of attitude is fine if you're a cleaner
