Moldy Milk-tart

So I was shopping at Food *****s Market in Centurion (Old Joburg road) this Sunday and got a milk tart, which looked okay. On Monday afternoon when I went to cut myself a slice I noticed that the tart was covered in mold, very disappointing. Why aren't they moving the old product off the shelves?
