Misleading information and poor service at Food *****’s Market Morning Glen

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Food *****’s Market Morning Glen. I spent over R600 on groceries and asked for the pans promotion stickers, only to be told by the cashier that the promotion had ended.

This information is completely false and misleading, as the official terms and conditions clearly state that the promotion is valid until 30th of November. It’s unacceptable for staff to deny customers their rewards and give out incorrect information about active promotions.

I feel cheated and disrespected as a paying customer. If Food *****’s Market wants to maintain its reputation, management needs to train staff properly and honour their advertised promotions. I expect feedback and for this issue to be corrected.
