Misleading adverti*****t

I went to the Trade Route store on Wednesday morning specifically for the R100 combos. The handy Andy wasnt there on the shelves and when l enquires there was no stock. I called the customer care on 27/05 at 08h56 to complain. The lady on the line said they dont give reference numbers but they call back in 24 hours. I am still waiting for the call back. Why do they advertise and cannot deliver??? Why lie to your customers??? With the diesel so expensive and having to drive and cone back empty handed, disgusting!!! I even asked for a rain check but no, they dont do it! The ad said they have enough stock to last until Sunday but to my surprise the stock was surprisingly finished on Wednesday morning when these special started on Tuesday. Wow lm defeated
