Misleading advert and rude service on enquiry

I am a regular customer at kuilsriver food *****s market but today the 16 Of December 2022 I visited the shop at around 8:30am and received the worst service from the cashier and the manager on duty that time. The shop was advertising a box of tomatoes going for R39.99 with a condition of no sorting in which I comp**** to. I picked two boxes and when I reached at the till point, the cashier asked her colleague if they were weighing the box before they sell it to a customer and the colleague responded yes. I handed over the two boxes to the cashier and then ask the cashier why this was not mentioned on the board advertising the tomatoes, that is when she started to be rude and shouting to attract attention of everyone in the shop. I requested to see the manager in which I was first told that he/ she was not around. My reason for requesting the manager was to ask why the advert was not matching the method of sale they were using which box Vs weight but the comment I get from the manager was I am the only problem because they had been selling these tomatoes in weight even though the advert only mentions the box and noone has complained. I felt that food *****s staff is saying a customer cannot raise any concern they have with the service they get even if the business is at fault.
