Miserable Environment
<p>I recently moved closed to a Food *****'s and thought to myself it would be amazing, as I know they have healthy and quality food. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the quality of the staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following happened over a span of a few vistis:</p> <p>I went to the grill section to place an order and there was no one there, but the one cook at the Wok right next to the grill, just carried on cooking, and after noticing me, did nothing. After a couple of minutes I approached him and enquired about the grill. And all he had to say was, he is on lunch (it was about 14h30). And carried on. Offering no form solution or care what so ever. (if he only told me so after noticing me, instead of having me stand around for nothing, I would have accepted it)</p> <p> </p> <p>I also really enjoy their lunch sandwiches, and frequently purchase them, however they were unavailable at least 4 times when I visited, and eventually asked about that, and got a response that they are not availaible because the woman making them, arrived late for work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again, no sandwiches, so I attempt the grill. Where the cook is making 2 burgers for a customers. Again I stand infornt of him for a couple of minutes, and eventually told him I would like to place an order. Then he points to the customer standing at the Wok, saying he needs to complete his order first. (Now all of a sudden the cook can use both cooking stations?).</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly, when I finally make it to the till, the cashiers are some of the most misserable people I have seen in a long time. They are not rude, but litterally give off the feeling that you are causing them a great amount of displeasure by having to serve you.</p> <p> </p> <p>I actually hate complaining, but this was unacceptable coming from an oustanding company such as this. That their staff literally echoes the aura of them not giving a ****, nor caring, nor wanting to be there. And I kept telling myself, I will try once more as I really like FLM. But the Sundale branch is one of the worst environments I have stepped in to. I don't know if the store has that attitude, or whether it is lack of proper training, or just plainly hirirng the wrong people. But I wont be shopping there again.</p>
