Mince with offal , fat and bones - disgusting

I have given FLM Boksburg many chances with poor quality meat... first it was their wors full of fat & bones. Mgr said he will speak to the "blokman", as he is new, but I knew it was a poor excuse. Nothing has changed and now I am sitting with mince that has offal & bones in. disgusting to say the least... they should stay away from processing any meat products. I have been done in! and need to be compensated for my inconvenience suffered . I have compared it with PnP's and FLM has to be ashamed !
