On the 11th March 2021 I bought supposedly fresh tuna at FLM Somerset West. That night we got terrible food poisoning with vomiting and terrible diarrhoea. I complained to FLM Somerset West. I received a response 3 days later via email saying someone would be in touch. No one has to date and today is 23 March. I was in FLM Somerset West last week. The woman in the manager's office was not interested unless I produced a receipt. I have the receipt. But to be honest, after 20 years I have now given up on FLM and their continuous poor quality of food. I get the impression that once the other supermarkets take the quality veggies, FLM take the dregs at a cheaper price. Their peppers barely last 2 days before flopping. I could go on like their chickens are supposed to be fresh but taste like they were previously frozen.
