People don't buy from this store as they sell meat, snoek and tongue, and mince that is off. Not even my dog wants to eat it, This store should be closed. I dove all the way from Paarl to Food *****s Kuilsriver to buy vrot stuff. I want a refund for all the meat products i have bought, as two of the stuff was off, even though i placed them in a cooler box with ice bricks and defrosted it in the fridge. I want my petrol money back as well as wasted it driving all the way till here. Did they change management since 2019? cause i won't recommend any one to buy anything here. Food ***** Market Kuilsriver must fall as they can't take peoples hard earned cash and sell **** to them that my dogs don't even want to eat.

Last night after I called the store to complain a person took down my number as all management has left. This morning I got the call from the butchery manager and she just said its not her problem and on to the next and the next. Then finally I spoke to Miguel who basically said it not so many words its my problem cause they never experienced something like that. When I got at home the braai snoek was still frozen cause of the precautions I took but now I am being blamed. Strange that the mince is also off. Looks perfect but when you open it and smell you can smell that there is something wrong. Now me that spent my hard earned cash at this store is being told that I did something wrong but before I went to Food *****s Market Kuilsriver and that food items is fine. Its seems like the Food ***** Market Group are there for their staff and not the customers which they forget pays their salaries. I refuse to deal with anyone from this store, Someone from Head Office should contact me as I won't have another shouting match with idiots that sell stuff my dogs don't want to eat.
